The brow menu runs from maintenance and shaping to tinting, henna tinting, an airbrushed stain and lamination, along with extensions in partial and full sets, including UV-cured versions. Lash services include tints and lifts as well as classic, hybrid and volume extension sets and fills. Facials range from a 30-minute mini facial and a back facial to a customized facial that can be booked at 60 or 90 minutes.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, stomach and intimate areas, with combination options such as The Perfect Combo and the Gold Package. Pamper Her pairs a Brazilian wax and a Vajacial with one upgrade: microneedling, microcurrent therapy or a hydrogel mask. Memberships and packages apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. Beauty Insider Monthly is $49 a month for 10 percent off services and priority booking, and the VIP Wax Membership is $55 a month for one Brazilian wax with priority booking.

The spa also runs training. The eyelash extension course costs $350 for training only or $500 with a starter kit, requires a $150 deposit and ends with a certificate of completion. Wax training starts at $450 for 300 minutes, and a Brazilian wax class is offered from $350 for 60 minutes.

ClassPass and Groupon bookings are open to new clients only. In-person bookings can use Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval obtained before the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early; arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean being asked to reschedule, with a $5 late fee. A no-call no-show is charged the full service price, and same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent. Cancelling 24 hours ahead keeps the deposit refunded. The spa is open Monday and Tuesday 6 to 8 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
