Services fall into three groups. Style and cuts include haircuts, clipper cuts, shampoo and style, and a haircut with a scalp treatment shampoo and a conditioning treatment matched to the client's hair type. Kids' cuts are available for children 10 and under, for existing clients only. Color treatments include retouch, allover color, balayage, bleach and tone, foils, and partial or full corrections, which begin with a consultation. Updos include styled updos and bridal updos; bridal hair requires a consultation and includes a trial session. According to the salon, men's grooming and waxing are also offered.

Online booking is available through Vagaro, or clients can contact their stylist directly with questions about availability or scheduling. Clients are asked to arrive on time. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation incurs a $50 charge for a haircut or $100 for a hair color.
