The massage menu includes Gentle Swedish, Therapeutic Relief, Neck & Shoulder Care, Maternity, and Deep Tissue & Sports massage, plus reflexology and chair massage. Gentle Swedish is offered at 60 or 90 minutes, Therapeutic Relief at 60 or 90 minutes, and Deep Tissue & Sports at 60 or 90 minutes. Neck & Shoulder Care is a 30-minute session. Add-ons include aromatherapy, a hot stone addition, a 10-minute scalp massage, Cervitrax, and Rejuvawrap, each with its own price.

The facial menu ranges from a 35-minute express facial to a 60-minute dermaplaning facial, with options for hydrating, acne, men's and deep cleansing needs. A custom facial, priced from $125 to $175, is built with the aesthetician from a mix of peel, red LED light, IPL spot treatment, microcurrent, ultrasonic treatment and lymphatic drainage. The spa uses YONKA plant-based skincare in its facials and sells natural skincare products. HydraFacial comes in Express, Deluxe and Platinum versions. Other offerings include microdermabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency microneedling, photo rejuvenation, skin spot therapy, vitamin C peels, lymphatic drainage, and BeneLift nano-infusion treatments.

Booking policies: appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the booked service, unless due to illness or emergency, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. Gratuities are not included in service prices. Gift certificates are nonrefundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire; spa gift cards can be bought online or by phone. Series packages are available for three, six or twelve massages or facials, with savings and added extras at each level. Service members, veterans and first responders receive 10% off all services and products.

The spa describes its facials as personalized, with stress relief and relaxation built into the experience.
