A visit is unhurried. First-time guests can book a New Guest Experience, and at the end of that first appointment the stylist books the next maintenance visit and may suggest products for home use.

Hair services include lived-in color and balayage, low-maintenance blonding and hand-tied extensions. Extensions begin with a free consultation covering color matching, hair type, investment and upkeep, followed by a custom plan. Each set is placed to blend with the client's cut and color using low tension. The salon says extensions should not damage hair when maintained properly. They are usually moved up every six to twelve weeks and tend to last about six to twelve months with care.

Bridal work covers hair and makeup for the bride and her wedding party. Makeup is applied by airbrush, and the salon suggests a brow wax or a lip and chin wax beforehand. Hair should be dry and clean for bridal services, and blowouts are available on site. Trials are recommended one to two months before the wedding. A non-refundable $200 retainer holds the date, and checks are not accepted. The final payment is emailed the week of the wedding and covers bride and party services, a flat $75 travel fee for venues up to 50 miles away (75 cents per mile beyond that) and a 20% gratuity. Bridal prices may change for bookings made more than a year ahead.
