Services are booked a la carte, and clients booking color can add a cut or styling service to the same visit. All color services include a bond treatment at no extra cost. Pricing is an hourly rate plus a product charge, which is added at the end of the service. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early with clean, dry hair. The Peaceful Pampering add-on is free and keeps conversation to a minimum after the initial consultation. If a client does not feel well matched with their stylist, the salon suggests trying another team member.

The salon is open Saturday from 8am to 3pm and closed Sunday and Monday, though hours are subject to change. Appointment requests are answered during business hours. Products are sold through an online store with delivery to the home.
