New clients can start with a free 30-minute consultation. The menu also includes a complimentary acne consultation and a $50 Acne Boot Camp consultation, which comes with 10% off a new regimen bought during the appointment.

Much of the menu is built around acne. The Acne Boot Camp Bundle is three bi-weekly treatments combining a deep cleanse, a light chemical peel or exfoliating treatment, extractions, LED light therapy, calming care, home-care follow-up and lifestyle recommendations. A single Acne Clarifying Facial is also available for $150.

Clinical facials run from a $160 chemical peel facial, where the peel is chosen for the person and their concern, to a $250 DiamondGlow facial that uses a diamond-tip device to exfoliate and deliver serum. ProCell Microchanneling starts at $280 and is recommended as 3 to 6 consecutive treatments, with a package that includes full-size DNA-repair products listed at a $210 value. Hydrafacial is $299 and is a resurfacing treatment done with a patented device.

Memberships are $50 per month (HD Basic) or $75 per month (HD Premium), each covering one treatment of choice monthly. Members receive discounts on services and products, unused balances roll over for one month, and treatments can be transferred to friends and family. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. The salon states memberships can save up to $180 on discounted skincare services.

Treatments are chosen around each person's skin and concerns, with an education-first focus on why breakouts happen so prevention is part of the plan.
