Lash extensions are semi-permanent synthetic or faux mink lashes applied individually to each natural lash. Styles, lengths and curls vary, and the Classic Full Set is the most natural option. Sets depend on a client's natural lashes and eye shape. Fans, which are several lashes joined at one base and applied to a single natural lash, are used for the fuller styles.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and mascara. A $10 fee applies if lashes need extra cleaning before the appointment. First-time clients pay a $20 deposit for some services, which counts toward the total. A bathroom is on site, and clients ask for the key.

Aftercare guidance covers washing lashes daily, not applying mascara or curling the extensions, avoiding extreme heat and oil-based products around the eyes, and not pulling on the extensions. A lash bath and lash brush are sold for aftercare.
