The nail menu is built around extensions and gel work. Gel-X is a lightweight, full-cover soft gel extension that can be customized in length and shape. T.A.P gel, an Acrygel and Poly Gel hybrid, can be applied over natural nails or extensions and is described as odor-free. Duo Form is a sculpted extension molded to the natural nail, with custom length and less filing. Builder gel adds a flexible overlay to natural nails for structure and strength, and there are also acrylic sets, gel manicures and nail repair for broken or damaged nails. Every service begins with nail shaping, and gel manicures include cuticle care and a choice of gel color.

The lash menu offers classic sets, wispy or soft anime sets, and manhua or signature anime sets. Classic sets take about 90 minutes or more, wispy or soft anime sets about 120 minutes or more, and manhua or signature anime sets about 135 minutes or more.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Gift cards are sold through the website. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 50% cancellation fee of the total scheduled service price applies to arrivals more than 30 minutes late, no-shows, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
