Visits run from about 15 minutes for a bang trim to around 3.5 hours for the longer color and extension services.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and a second late cancellation is charged the full appointment price. Service packages can be bought in bulk and used at any time.
