Every appointment is one-on-one. New clients who want an extension installation are asked to have a consultation first, which is a 20-minute session at no charge to talk through hair goals, the condition of the hair and the look they want.

The menu is entirely hair services. It covers color work from all-over color and glosses through balayage and highlights, along with color correction, root touch-ups and cuts. Extension services include sew-in, tape-in and micro bead installs, plus removal. Treatments include a keratin service, a smoothing treatment, K18 repair and hair tinsel. Styling options range from blowouts and event curls to half-up and updo styles.

Booking requires a $50 deposit for color correction, sew-in, tape-in and micro bead extension services. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 30 percent of the service. Gift cards are sold in $50, $100, $200 and $300 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and closed on Sundays.
