The menu is grouped into haircuts for women, men and children, color, extensions, chemical services and events. Color visits begin with a complimentary consultation for anyone unsure what they need, and color may carry an additional charge. Extensions are booked only after a consultation.
Event work covers event styling, makeup and wedding hair styling, with a dedicated bridal team on staff.
Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services; no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not receive their full service, and clients have 48 hours to contact the salon if they are dissatisfied with a service. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday 9:00AM to 7:00PM, Wednesday and Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and Saturdays 9:00AM to 2:00PM during the first and third weeks of the month. It is closed Mondays and Sundays.
The salon states that it gifts a portion of its services to the women of The Lovelady Center.
