Dimensional color comes in two styles. Traditional highlights or lowlights run from the scalp to the ends in a uniform tone, and are kept up with maintenance every six to twelve weeks. Modern dimension, done as balayage or foilyage, places lighter or darker pieces that stop short of the scalp, and is refreshed every three to six months. Retouch and all-over color are for roots and single-shade maintenance every four to eight weeks, and the retouch-plus-dimension options pair natural-color coverage with added dimension.

Guests who are unsure what to book can start with a First Digital Consultation, which walks through a digital form before an appointment is set. New guests can request a booking through the online booking site or join the waitlist, and each request is reviewed. The salon does not double book. Hair tips and inspiration are shared on Instagram.

The atmosphere is calm, with room to talk, laugh or sit quietly. Guests are offered handcrafted lattes made with homemade syrups, and children receiving services are welcome. Lake Elmo is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 to 8 pm. Oak Park Heights is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 8 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice carries a fee of half the service price. Guests running more than ten minutes late may be asked to reschedule or change their appointment, and cancellation fees may apply. Guests have 48 hours to raise concerns about their hair, and color clients who change their mind about the original color pay extra for the change.

Work is led by the owner, with a consultation before color or cuts and a policy of never double booking.
