About

The lounge operates from Suite 102 on Coit Road in Plano and was previously called Perfected Imperfections Spa. Its services are grouped into beauty and skin work, enhancement treatments, body contouring, lymphatic and detox sessions, muscle tension relief and weight loss.

On the skin side, offerings include facials, chemical peels and acne treatments, anti-aging face treatments and light therapy, plasma fibroblast treatments that the business describes as non-surgical skin tightening, LED teeth whitening, waxing, hair removal and a men's beard cleanse. Needle-less filler for the lips, cheeks, jawline or nose is done with a hyaluronic acid pen.

Body services include radio frequency, ultrasonic cavitation, EmSculpt muscle sculpting, vacuum and wood therapy, and laser and liquid lipo options. The Double Chin Reduction Package, listed at $540, combines radio frequency, laser lipo chin therapy and fat dissolve injections. Liquid lipo is described as a series of phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate injections; the business says it involves no downtime, side effects or pain.

Clients can book a $25 deposit that is credited toward the service at the appointment. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is missed without at least 12 hours' notice, and Groupon customers book without a deposit but must put a card on file. New clients receive forms by text before their visit, and arriving more than 5 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment. Payment over time is available through Cherry buy-now-pay-later financing or a payment plans page on the website. Gift cards are sold through the online store, and Google reviews average 4.8 from 119 reviews.

Custom treatment plans begin with a consultation, and the business says it uses only high-quality products and techniques.
