According to the clinic, women need not put up with feeling unwell during aging or menopause. Care starts with the symptoms a patient reports and the search for their root causes, rather than resting on lab reference ranges alone, and every treatment plan is tailored to the individual.

Medical weight loss is physician-supervised and built around health history, labs and individual goals. Plans may include prescription medication when medically appropriate, nutrition and exercise guidance, supplements and ongoing follow-up, with eligibility decided after an individual medical evaluation. IV hydration uses customized fluids, vitamins and nutrients given in a clinical setting under provider oversight, with blends chosen from health history and goals. The clinic notes that research on IV NAD+ benefits is still developing.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 6, Friday 9 to 4, Saturday by appointment, and closed Sunday. Every spa service includes a complimentary skin consultation, and there are no long-term contracts. Psychiatry is available by telepsychiatry or in person in Plano, an option the clinic offers to ease busy schedules and commutes.
