Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or email to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full cost of the service. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accepted; anyone arriving later counts as a no-show. All deposits are non-refundable.
