The menu is built around brow work. Signature brow waxing starts from $25 and takes about 25 minutes or more, with free-hand mapping, precision waxing, trimming as needed, and an optional brow fill. Clients who are sensitive to waxing, or who simply prefer tweezing, can choose a wax-free precision tweezing shaping instead. Tinting and staining are available alongside shaping, with a soft, natural Tint or a bolder, more defined Stain. Tint and stain are booked at different appointment times.

Brow lamination restructures brow hairs for a lifted look. The Naked version uses no added color, while the Deluxe version adds shaping, waxing, trimming and tweezing as needed, plus a choice of Tint or Stain. Lash lifts curl natural lashes from the base, with no extensions. The Deluxe lash lift adds a lash tint for a darker finish. Lash lifts are not booked when a client has an active eye infection, stye, or another condition affecting the treatment area.

First-time clients should select the New Client option when booking, which allows extra consultation time. The first visit covers the brows or lashes, the client's goals and current routine, possible contraindications, technique, and a plan with recommended timing between appointments. Clients are asked to let their brows grow out about 4 to 6 weeks before a brow appointment and to avoid tweezing, trimming or waxing in that time when possible. Brow lamination is generally spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart. Waxing cannot be performed while a client is taking isotretinoin, or within a restricted period set during consultation.

Booking requires a valid card on file, and clients complete consultation and consent forms before their appointment. Brow lamination and lash lift clients also sign a release of liability. Changes need at least 24 hours notice; late cancellations, same-day changes and no-shows are charged the full scheduled total to the card on file. A non-refundable deposit may be required to book. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee, and Zelle, Venmo and cash are also accepted. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each brow service is customized around the client's natural brows, facial features and the result they want.
