The studio describes its goal as an intimate space where clients have a memorable experience. A first visit is usually a full foil or full balayage, followed by a partial foil or partial balayage three to four months later, with a mini foil for maintenance between those.

The studio offers a keratin treatment using Lasio's Mocha Silk formula, which is infused with cacao oil for moisture. According to the studio, Mocha Silk reduces up to 90% of curl and 100% of frizz. A hair protein treatment can be added to color or cut services for an extra $50.

Booking requires at least 48 hours' notice to cancel without a charge; otherwise 50% of all booked services is charged.
