The menu runs from children's haircuts and men's cuts to women's cuts and styling, and into color: balayage, foil highlights, root touch-ups, all-over color, and gloss or toner treatments. Keratin treatments, hair extensions, event updos and eyebrow tinting are also offered. Many prices are listed as starting amounts, and some services, such as dry haircuts and bang trims, are limited to existing clients.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 to 5, Friday and Saturday from 10 to 6, and Sunday from 12:30 to 4. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

The boutique carries hair products, apparel, home and life items, and kids' clothing and gifts. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $25, $50, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 14 days of purchase, except sale and custom orders, which are final.
