Visits are by appointment only, and each client gets one-on-one attention for the length of the appointment. Pricing is based on how long the service takes. Products and techniques are included in that time, with no added upcharges, and prices do not depend on gender.
Color is a major focus. Color correction and specialty or creative color are Advance Color Services, and both require a consultation before booking, with pricing set after that conversation. Standard color services start with glazes and toners and extend to root touch-ups and single-process color with glaze. Dimensional color combines base color, highlights, balayage, lowlights or tip-outs, and includes bond, glaze and a blow-out. Color services themselves do not include a blow-out.
The studio uses cruelty-free and eco-friendly hair products, and its favorite lines include Cult + King, OWAY and HairStory. The salon says it aims for elevated customer service. Cancellations or changes are requested at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged half the service price.
The studio treats hair as a creative practice, built around artistry, integrity, authenticity and sustainability, with the goal of helping each client reach the hair they want.
