Harlow Signature Blowouts are named styles, including The Alexis Rose, The Cher, The Dolly, The Jayne, The Rachel, The Stevie and The Harlow Luxe. The Harlow Luxe adds a relaxing shampoo, a Davines keratin treatment, scalp massage and a blowout in the style the client chooses. Signature blowouts start at $55, and a package of four blowouts costs $215; the package does not include the Harlow Luxe. Every appointment includes a spa shampoo and scalp massage.

Color is priced by service rather than by package. Base color starts at $100 and is quoted on an 8-week average, with base options from 2 to 12 weeks. The color menu covers all-over color with refresh, glaze and tone, dimension work with foils, partial and full highlights, balayage, hair painting, ombre and color melting. Color correction requires an in-person consultation and starts at $300. The salon does not guarantee how long color or keratin treatments last unless clients use the professional color-preserving products it recommends.

Extensions are offered in hand-tied weft, tape-in and K-tip styles, plus removal. Extension clients have a short consultation of five to ten minutes before a first service. Hair must be bought through the salon; outside hair carries a $30 upcharge, and the salon cannot guarantee outside brands.

Pricing and booking policies are straightforward. The menu is a la carte, with no combos, and listed prices are starting prices that may change based on hair length and density. Appointments can be booked online until one hour before the start time, and a valid credit card is required to reserve. A no-call, no-show is charged the full booked amount, and after one, the client must pre-pay the next visit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. Automatic text and email reminders go out at booking, two days before and two hours before. Clients unhappy with a service can call within three days for another visit; color correction and multi-step goals are excluded. Services are not refunded. Unused retail items in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days.

Children are not a focus. Services for children are offered only to established clients, and the salon accepts clients aged 10 and older by appointment. Gift certificates can be bought in any amount and used for products or services.

The salon says it looks out for each client's best interest and will say so when a requested service is not the right choice for them.
