Waxing takes place in a private treatment room. Guests can wait in the lobby during appointments, but companions are not allowed in the treatment room. Clients are asked to arrive about five minutes early. Booking online requires a small deposit to hold the appointment, and the studio publishes pre-wax preparation, first-timer and aftercare guides.

The menu covers Brazilian waxing, which removes most or all hair from the front, the labia and between the cheeks, with an option to leave a small strip or triangle. Bikini, body, underarm, face and brow waxing are also offered, along with combinations such as a Brazilian with underarm or full legs. Brow lamination lifts and sets brow hairs for a fuller, smoother look. It is semi-permanent, adds no pigment, and is not the same as microblading.

Aftercare follows a three-step Zandiland system: ingrown prevention scrubs, dark spot and scarring treatments, and ingrown relief balms. Rosa speaks Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking clients, and the website includes Spanish-language content for bikini and underarm waxing.
