The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients adding numbing gel are asked to arrive 15 minutes early so it can be applied and set. Running more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and children are asked to stay home for liability reasons.

Beyond waxing, the shop sells artisan soaps made in small batches, hand-poured candles and other in-house creations, which the studio says are largely handmade with natural, vegan ingredients. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be sent to yourself, to one recipient, or to a group. The studio says it donates 10 percent of profits to animal rescues and shelters.
