Happy Nails & Head Spa is located at 370 Snelling Avenue South in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Nails are the core of the menu, with natural manicures and pedicures, dipping powder, acrylic and gel options and a kids under 12 menu. The salon also offers Japanese head spa treatments, facials, waxing, threading, tint and lift, and eyelash extensions.

Natural manicures and pedicures come in several tiers, from smoothing and refreshing versions to iceDancer, fireWalker, essential oil and beauty and wellness pedicures, and most can be done with gel polish. Nail enhancements cover dipping powder, acrylic, gel builder and Gel X sets and fills. Customized nail designs are priced on request, and French, chrome and cat-eye designs start at $20.

The Japanese head spa menu runs from a 30-minute scalp massage to 60- and 90-minute scalp relaxation and rejuvenation sessions, combined scalp and facial treatments up to 120 minutes, and a shorter scalp relaxation experience for children. Treatments use detoxifying oils, hydrating scalp masks and conditioners.

Facials are customized and begin with a skin assessment, then move through cleansing, steam, exfoliation, extractions, a mask with upper body massage, toner, moisturizer and SPF. Threading uses 100% cotton thread instead of wax, which the salon describes as dermatologist-recommended because no wax touches the skin.

Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice and are made by calling the salon. Payment is due before the appointment begins. New customers booking four or more people between 8 and 10 am pay a $100 deposit at booking. Gift cards are sold from $25 to $200 or in a custom amount and delivered by email.

The menu pairs natural nail care, with gel options, alongside head spa, skin, hair removal and lash services at one location.
