Many color, smoothing, perm and extension services are priced after a consultation or a personalized quote, and blow dry is not included with color, perm or smoothing services.

Special occasion makeup includes facial prep before application, and makeup trials begin with a consultation and color matching. Makeup lessons cover current techniques and products. Waxing ranges from brows, lip and chin to full leg, back and Brazilian services.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Friday from 8am to 6:30pm, and Saturday from 8am to 5pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments are booked through the website, and some services must be booked by calling 651-690-5491. A credit card is needed to secure an appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead carry no fee, while later cancellations incur a 50% fee and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have the service or the whole appointment adjusted. Service concerns must be raised within 7 days, and the salon offers a redo with the original operator rather than a monetary refund.
