Before booking, clients can take a free consultation through the website to talk through which service fits them. Several treatments need a signed consent form first: dermaplaning, BioRePeel, chemical peels of all types, Glacial skin treatments and liquid microneedling. Every client also completes an intake form before a first service.

Appointments are requested through the website and are confirmed only once a non-refundable deposit is paid, which is due the same day the deposit invoice is sent. The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, counted on business days only. Late or same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows can forfeit the deposit or be charged the full fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rebooking. Rescheduling is limited to the same calendar month, up to two times per client, and two no-call/no-shows block further bookings.

Clients are asked to avoid exfoliants, AHA/BHA and retinols or retinoids for 5 to 7 days before and after a visit, to take off earrings and necklaces beforehand, and to wear SPF on the way in. After treatment, they are asked to avoid mixing in other products and to reapply SPF within 2 to 3 hours, especially outdoors. Gift cards and gift certificates are sold through the website; certificates last one month from issue and cannot be extended, transferred or refunded.
