Each quote includes the hair, the per-row installation, and a color package the client selects. A 30-minute add-on for $100 can be layered onto any color package to include a haircut shaped to the client, grey coverage, or a deep conditioning treatment.

Policies are set out in advance. Appointments can be cancelled or changed without charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the scheduled services, and less than 24 hours' notice at 100%. A no-show or an unrecorded cancellation is charged in full. Late arrivals receive a condensed service at the client's expense, and after 30 minutes the appointment must be rebooked, with a no-show charge applying. Refunds are not offered, because of the time and product used during a service. Technical errors such as a bleed mark or a loose extension weft are corrected if reported within 72 hours, and technical adjustments must be completed within two weeks of the first appointment.
