Every visit starts with a consultation about the client's goals and questions. New clients are asked to bring three photos each: one showing the hair color tone they like, one showing where they want highlights placed, and one showing the haircut they want. After the appointment, every client receives a Healthy Hair Essentials PDF. The salon also sells hair products.
The haircuts are arranged in three levels. The Silver level adds a personal consultation and a scalp massage at the shampoo bowl. The Gold level adds a face shape analysis, a talk about cuts that flatter and cuts that do not, a scalp and neck massage, and two PDFs. The Platinum level adds hair care instruction, a cut based on face shape and hair type, an abbreviated styling class, and three PDFs. Razor cutting is available as an add-on, priced for the extra time and skill it takes.
