The menu centers on protective and extension styles. Braiding options include knotless, box, passion twist, jumbo and long boho braids, as well as stitch feed-in braids, crochet braids and man buns. Locs range from interlocs and butterfly locs to faux locs and loc extensions. Micro links are offered with or without hair, threadless or with I-tip installation. Sew-ins, quickweaves, tape-ins and wig installs are also available, along with silk presses, relaxer work, shampoo and style services and cuts.

Every appointment is booked online, and a card must be kept on file at the time of booking. Clients can book one appointment per week for the same style; if two are booked, one is canceled. Arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment and requires rescheduling. A client who neither calls nor shows up is charged 60% of the service cost to the card on file. Sales of products are final, with no refunds, returns or exchanges.

Consultations are offered in person or virtually, each lasting 30 minutes. A consultation is recommended before a color and style appointment, especially for first-time clients.

Product sales include Brazilian bundles in straight, body wave, deep wave and curly textures, offered in lengths from 12 to 30 inches. The salon describes its bundles as high quality. Closures and frontals are also sold, along with Handz4Strandz Oil and service vouchers.
