The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Clients can book online or by phone. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 3 hours before the appointment, otherwise a fee of 50% of the scheduled services applies. A missed appointment or a no-show is charged the full scheduled amount, and a client more than 15 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show. Changes to booked services must be requested at least 2 hours ahead, and last-minute changes that reduce the value of services carry a fee for the difference. Online cancellations are made through the booker account, and the phone line handles cancellation questions around the clock. E-gift cards are available.
