The head spa menus are built around shampoo and scalp work, with a waterfall rinse, hair conditioning and neck and shoulder massage. Three named head spa rituals (Deep Calm, Scalp Revival and Tension Relief) differ in their emphasis and in the extras included, such as a scalp camera assessment in Scalp Revival or gua sha and a facial roller in Tension Relief. The salon lists stress and tension relief, deeper sleep and a deep scalp clean among the benefits it associates with these treatments. Head spa treatments use only OWAY Organic Way products.

Facials use natural, organic products that are free of chemicals, preservatives, fragrance and parabens, and are cruelty free. Facial Sculpt and Release is a 30-minute treatment combining fascia release, pressure point work and masseter muscle care. Brain Detox pairs head and face pressure points with a neck and chest oil treatment, with foot bath and gua sha head massage added in longer sessions. The salon describes Brain Detox as meant to restore brain function and balance the autonomic nervous system. The Japanese Pressure Point treatment combines scalp cleansing, shampoo massage, jaw release focused on the TMJ, and a neck and shoulder oil massage.

Nano brows typically take 7 to 10 days to heal and the color settles over about 4 weeks; results are said to last on average 1.5 to 4 years, and one complimentary touch-up is included between 4 and 6 weeks to 6 months after treatment. Extensions from another salon must be removed before a service.

Booking requires a 50 percent deposit, and all appointments are confirmed once booked, including same-day bookings. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations up to 2 hours before an appointment and no-shows are charged in full, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated. E-gift cards and physical gift cards can be bought at HANARE or at Salon87; gift cards are final sale and do not guarantee a specific service, date or time.
