Visits begin with a personalized consultation, where the team looks at each client's needs and goals before recommending treatments. Clients can book by phone, through the online booking portal, or in person at the spa, and the spa is open every day from 9AM to 9PM. The spa says recovery time varies by procedure and that clients receive detailed information about expected downtime after treatment.

The menu spans injectables, laser, skin, body, hair and weight services. Among the named offerings are neurotoxin injections for softening dynamic lines, dermal fillers for areas such as the cheeks, lips and under-eye hollows, laser hair removal for a range of skin types and tones, and tattoo removal. Skin options include chemical peels, microneedling, PDO threads, PRP treatment and a hydrofacial, which the spa describes as its signature offering.

The spa also runs training courses with hands-on components, led by instructors it describes as experienced in aesthetics. Those who complete the program receive a certification that the spa itself accredits.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service. Some plans carry 0% APR, subject to eligibility, and interest-bearing plans start at an APR of 5.99%, according to the spa.

Each client begins with a personalized consultation before any treatment is recommended, and the spa says it follows strict safety protocols, including hygienic practices and compliance with industry standards.

According to the spa, the Houston clinic has a relaxing, welcoming setting equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
