Massage is the core of the spa side. Therapeutic massage is offered in half hour, one hour, 90 minute and two hour lengths, and aromatherapy can be added to it for $7.00. Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy massage are available, and prenatal massage is offered as well. Reflexology is booked in 45 or 60 minute sessions, and a 15 minute chair massage is available for $20. Massage appointments also extend beyond the posted hours when booked ahead.

The spa menu includes body treatments such as a steam or shower, herbal wraps with or without steam, and a head to toe session that runs about two and a half hours and includes a paraffin dip, full body massage, body scrub and shower. Facial toning is offered in a full and a mini version. Several packages bundle these services, including a Royal Treatment, a Deluxe Package, a Feet Treat and a Hot Thai Bundle Massage built around warm, steamed herbal bundles. Group packages of five massages are also available in several lengths.

PUSH Therapy is a muscle therapy aimed at tension in soft tissue. The name stands for Power Under Soft Hands. Clients wear loose, comfortable clothing during the work. Sessions begin with a conversation about how, where and why long-term tension builds up in the body. The business recommends a 90-minute visit for the first evaluation and treatment. According to the business, most people feel a change in their body after that initial session.

Education is a large part of the shop. Aromatherapy and face toning classes run as two-hour evening sessions at 6:30 to 8:30 PM, with the ABC's of Aromatherapy class including a take-home custom bath salts or shower gel and the Face Toning class including a face oil. A Massage for Couples private seminar lasts 2.5 hours and is priced per couple. Classes have limited seats and require a phone call to reserve, and parties of four or five can schedule any class at normal rates. Custom blends can also be created in-store.

The shop pairs retail aromatherapy with hands-on massage and body work, and it leans on custom blending and classes so clients can learn about essential oils.
