The menu is focused on hair. It covers haircuts for men, women and children under 12, blowouts and styling, deep conditioning and gloss, toner, root touch-ups, all-over single process color, partial and full highlights, balayage, mohawk foil, corrective color, tape-in hair extensions and a Brazilian Blowout with haircut included. Consultations are offered for hair services, and a flat iron or curling iron finish can be added for $10. Haircuts, blowouts and color services are priced from $15 to $300, and several services are priced as bundles that combine a cut or blowout with color.

Clients choose an Angel and book through that stylist's own booking link, so each stylist keeps a separate schedule. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment.

The salon describes itself as Park Ridge's best hair salon for 2025 and says its color lines contain certified organic butters, vitamins, essential oils and extracts, along with plant-based proteins such as pea protein and quinoa. According to the salon, the color lines give double the pigment and 100% gray coverage.

Each Halo Angel works on an individual schedule, and clients book with the Angel they choose. Consultations are available before hair services.
