Visits begin with a complimentary skin consultation of about 30 to 45 minutes, where prices are usually discussed rather than over the phone. An initial skin consultation is required before a first skin service, and its fee, based on complexity, is applied to the cost of the first treatment or visit. Services are by appointment only. Phone or text is the preferred way to book, email and the contact form are also accepted, and certain treatments can be booked online.

The menu covers laser treatment with the Cutera Xeo system for concerns such as fine lines, scars, acne breakouts and enlarged pores, plus SkinPen microneedling, alone or combined with PRP. Customized clinical facials blend dermaplaning, oxygen treatments, moderate chemical peels and vitamin or collagen therapies. Named facials include an acne facial, an age-defying facial, an oxygen facial, a men's facial for razor burn and ingrown hairs, and an 80-minute classic European facial. Listed special prices include $250 for microneedling, $600 for microneedling with PRP, $1,750 for a rejuvenation package and $2,750 for a Tribella facial rejuvenation treatment.

Clinical skincare lines are used alongside in-clinic treatments and a home regimen set by the skincare specialist. Treatment packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within 365 days of purchase, and unused package funds may be applied to another package or service. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours of notice, with a $75 fee otherwise.
