Each visit begins with a full case history, which leads to a treatment plan built for that client. Many treatments are offered in the salon and paired with skincare recommended for home use. Clients who are unsure between dermaplaning and microdermabrasion or hydrodermabrasion can book a consultation to help them decide.

The menu includes several kinds of facials: Express, Le Grande Classique, Acne, Alpha Vital, Mile Hi, Oxygen, Teen and extraction facials, most of them using Yon-Ka products. Exfoliation options range from microdermabrasion and hydrodermabrasion to HydroDiamond treatments, which use a Zemits device. Microneedling and nano-needling are offered alongside the NeurotriS microcurrent treatment, which the spa presents as a non-surgical facelift option. Lash and brow services include lifts, tints, extensions, refills and brow lamination. The spa says its medical professionals have experience across a range of restorative procedures.

Timing varies by treatment. Facials are usually recommended about once a month. Dermaplaning is spaced four to six weeks apart, and most microdermabrasion and hydrodermabrasion clients have between five and sixteen sessions, weekly, every other week or monthly, with no downtime. Microcurrent is usually done as a ten-session series, twice a week, followed by monthly maintenance, and the spa says its effects are not permanent but can last several months with regular sessions. Before facials, clients are asked to avoid tanning and harsh home exfoliation, and to avoid injections and fillers for about two weeks. After microneedling, nothing should be applied to the treated area for at least six hours. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice; anything shorter carries a fee of 50 percent of the booked services. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday, Friday and Saturday by appointment only, and closed on Sunday. Product pickup is available at the office if clients call ahead or visit before 4 PM.
