The facial menu runs from the short Halo Glow Express, which cleanses, tones, exfoliates and hydrates, to longer treatments. The Ethereal Glow facial is a vitamin C brightening option aimed at hyperpigmentation, dullness and uneven skin, and includes a skin analysis, double cleanse, steam exfoliation, extractions, facial massage and a masque. The Timeless Aura facial follows a similar sequence and targets signs of aging. Other options include the Celestial Radiance facial, the Divine Luminescence facial, the Halo Youth facial for youthful, acne-prone or sensitive skin (listed for ages 12-18), and the Halo Extraction facial, which clears clogged or compacted pores by manual or mechanical methods. A free skin consultation is offered with a facial.

Waxing is a core service. Hair is removed with hard or soft wax, and the studio combines them for each client based on hair texture, skin and sensitivities. Services cover the face, ear, nose, lip, chin, neck and sideburns, along with arms, legs, back, chest and stomach, plus intimate options such as Brazilian and bikini waxes. A Brazilian removes hair from the front pubic area and includes a butt strip; the butthole and booty cheeks are not waxed. Back, buttock and intimate-area facials address breakouts, clogged pores, blackheads and discoloration in those areas.

Products are a separate part of the business. The studio sells body and skincare items including oils, butters, scrubs and small-batch soap bars. Butters and oils can be made to order and customized, and specialty orders are priced separately.

Bookings are made through GlossGenius, and a valid debit or credit card must be on file for every appointment. Services over $70 require a 30% deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $10 fee, and arriving 15 minutes or more late cancels the appointment with a 50% charge. Clients must be 18 or older for treatments, with written parental consent for anyone younger, and children under 13 are not permitted at the studio. Equipment is sterilized after every service, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000.

The studio says its skincare products suit all skin types and tones, including sensitive skin, and the wax method is chosen for each client rather than applied one way to everyone.
