On the hair side, full color is a root-to-ends service for even coverage, taking about two hours at $100 and including application, processing and finished styling. Partial highlights are $120 and also run two hours. Balayage partial places dimensional highlights around the face frame and top layers, and includes a toner or gloss plus finished styling; it is $150 and takes two hours.
On the nail side, polish changes start at $20 and take at least 30 minutes, with old polish removed, regular polish applied to fingers or toes, and a top coat and cuticle oil included. Manicures start at $40 and take at least 45 minutes, covering shaping, cuticle care, gentle buffing and cuticle oil, with or without polish. Pedicures start at $50. Gel X full sets start at $90 and take at least two hours, using custom-fit tips and gel polish. Several options are offered within each nail service.
Opening times run Monday from 1:30 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Changes to or cancellations of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made inside that window, and missed appointments without notice, are charged a 50% fee. Customers who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel late may be asked to pay a deposit or to prepay. A customer who turns up more than 15 minutes after their start time may have to shorten the service or rebook, and may still be charged the full cost of the booked service. The salon can waive these rules in cases of emergency. Making a booking means accepting these policies.
