Services are grouped into add-ons, body waxing, brows, face waxing, intimate waxing, lashes and leg waxing. Body waxing covers underarms, half and full arms, half and full back and the stomach. Face waxing covers the lip, chin, ear, neck, nose, sideburns, and a full face with or without brows. Brow services include a brow wax with consultation, trimming and tweezing, semi-permanent brow tinting, or both together. Lash tinting uses semi-permanent dye. A five-minute under-eye Eye Gel add-on is described as de-puffing and brightening the area. The studio is open Wednesday from 2 to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellation and late policies are firm: same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full booked amount, and clients more than 8 minutes late may be treated as same-day cancellations with the appointment given to someone else. No-shows may be charged up to the full scheduled amount to the card on file. All cancellation fees must be paid before rebooking, and clients with repeated last-minute changes or payment issues may be asked to prepay or may lose booking access.
