The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Color options run from gloss refreshes and root touch-ups to full blonding, lowlights, all-over color and corrective color work, which needs a consultation before booking. Cuts, blowouts and styling range from a simple wash and style to updos for weddings and special occasions. Smoothing treatments include Brazilian Blowout options sized for short or medium hair and for long or thick hair, along with a lighter Humidity Defense Blowout that reduces frizz without permanent straightening.

Extensions are installed with a custom color match. A consultation for extensions is free and lasts 45 minutes, and the hair itself is priced separately from the install. Makeup and brow and lash services are also offered, including full face makeup, eye makeup alone, brow shaping and strip lashes.

Several packages make repeat visits easier to plan. The Blowout Club is a three-month membership that includes five wash and style sessions. The Fresh Start package is for new clients and combines a root retouch, a wash and style, and a haircut with blowout. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Booking rules are clear. Appointments need to be canceled or moved at least 48 hours ahead. Late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged in full. Frequent last-minute changes may require prepayment for future bookings or limit availability. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
