The salon's Model Program lets clients receive services at a reduced rate while a stylist works with them under expert guidance and ongoing mentorship. Stylists are booked at tiered prices, with the owner at the top tier and newer stylists at Rising Star level.

Each visit begins with a beverage and a consultation about your goals, lifestyle and schedule.

New customers pay a deposit when booking, based on how long the service takes, and the deposit is applied to the service on the day. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full scheduled total. Cards may be needed to secure larger appointments, and the card is only charged once services are performed.

Education comes first: the team keeps current on trends, techniques and products with support from Paul Mitchell and the owner's coaching.
