Every visit begins with a conversation about the hair's history, the guest's routine and any saved photos, and a plan is built from there. Hair condition is assessed at the consultation before any lightener is mixed. Box dye or henna must be disclosed before service, since it changes what can be done. Consultations for new guests are complimentary and can be booked online.

Balayage is painted freehand onto the hair, heavier toward the ends and feathered softly toward the root. Foil services lift more and give a more even, higher-contrast brightness, and foil highlights usually need refreshing every six to ten weeks. A gloss between color appointments is recommended to keep tone from drifting warm.
