Visits take place in private rooms, which keeps the feel relaxed, welcoming and cozy. The salon is open Monday through Saturday by appointment only. New clients pick a service, choose a stylist and then book online. A free consultation is offered before bookings that involve a drastic change, and corrective color requires one.

The menu covers women's haircuts, men's cuts, beard and bang trims, root touch-ups, all-over color, highlights, balayage, glosses, hairstyling, extensions, texture services, treatments, foiling, and tinsel and feathers. Facial waxing for the eyebrow, lip, chin and cheeks, eyebrow tinting and waxing services round out the list. The salon carries the Davines retail hair line.

Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead. A first cancellation on 24 hours or less notice is rescheduled, while a second may not be rebooked at the salon's discretion. No-call, no-show appointments are not rebooked, and a credit card may be required at booking. Children may only come along when they are receiving a service, and product returns are not accepted. The service guarantee asks clients to report concerns within 7 days, with adjustments tied to the original service free of charge. It does not cover color corrections.

Each guest receives a personalized approach, and every service is customized to the client's lifestyle and goals.
