Color work ranges from Signature Dimensional Color, a full foil highlight throughout the head that takes about 210 minutes and suits first-time blonding guests, those with four or more inches of regrowth, major brightness changes and full refreshes, to Partial Blonding, which brightens the front hairline, face-framing pieces and crown while leaving some existing depth, in about 150 minutes. Mini Face Frame adds targeted brightness around the hairline and face. Color Correction starts with a consultation on the hair's current condition and color history, and some corrections take several sessions.

Stylist pricing is tiered by experience and stage within the Hairtopia Pathway, which runs from New Talent through Emerging, Advanced and Master. Listed starting prices include Haircut + Blowdry from $42, Root Refresh from $85, Single Process Color from $115 and Signature Dimensional Color at $155, with the higher tiers priced above these. Color Correction is priced from $100 per hour. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Hairtopia Academy offers hands-on education, mentorship, business development, guest experience and continued technical training for beauty professionals, along with a career path of Apprentice, Stylist and Established Professional.
