Braiding is the core of the menu. Box braids can be sized to the client, and knotless braids come in jumbo, large, medium and small versions. Feed-in braids are priced by the number of braids, from two up to eight and more. Other braided styles include invisible locs, layered box braids, flat twists, Iverson and fish bone braids, and sleek ponytails done with braiding hair or weave. Some braiding services are not offered on Saturdays. Foundation Braids need a photo of the desired braid down sent before booking, and Man Bun Freestyle needs a photo of the style plus a screenshot of the deposit.

For locs, the menu includes starter locs, half and full head loc retwists (shampoo is included in both), and a loc detox that cleanses the scalp and locs. Takedown removes braids or extensions. Other services include shampoo, protein treatment, deep conditioning, trims, a beard hydrating treatment, and triangle parts, which must be added to another service to receive the parting.

Booking rules are straightforward. The business is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. A one-on-one Braids Lesson, 120 minutes at $350, is offered on Sundays and requires a deposit.
