Services are performed one-on-one. The stylist handles each visit from shampoo through to the final finish, so a client works with the same person from start to end. Haircuts for women and men are offered at a set price, while color, highlights, bleach and perms are priced by hair length or size of the service, with a starting amount listed for each.
Children's haircuts are offered for ages 0 to 16, with pricing set by age band. Add-ons include a deep treatment and an iron finish, each of which can be added to any service. A bangs trim is also available on its own.
If a client is dissatisfied, a follow-up appointment can be booked within 7 days of the original service and is offered at no stated charge to correct concerns. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Payment is accepted by cash, check, and MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Gift cards can be bought online through Square in set amounts of $5, $10, $20 or $50, or in a custom amount.
