The menu covers a wide range of hair work, from a 10-minute bang or neck trim and quick wash to multi-hour color and highlight sessions. Signature options include a Signature Haircut that includes a shampoo, deep conditioning, cut and blowdry, and a Signature Curly Cut. Silk presses, formal updos, gloss, root touch-ups and a Total Blonde service that includes Olaplex are also offered. Appointment lengths and prices vary widely, so the booking site is the best place to check a specific service.
Many services ask for a deposit, ranging from $10 to $16 depending on the service. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missing that window forfeits the deposit and adds a cancellation fee of 30% of the appointment cost. Payments are taken through the booking site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts, or in a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.
