The salon operates two locations. The Tysons salon is on the ground floor of Tysons Galleria at 2001 International Dr. #1600, phone (703) 992-8503. Free garage parking is available, and the mall entrance beside Lucky Strike, marked by the Dock 8 sign, is the nearest way in. It is about a ten-minute walk from the Tysons Metro station on the Silver Line. The Falls Church salon is in Idylwood Plaza at 7511 Leesburg Pike #K, phone (703) 827-3047, with free surface parking directly in front of the plaza. Both locations are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm, and stylists work seven days a week. Online booking is offered at both. Appointments are strongly recommended for color, keratin and extension services, since they need dedicated time. Walk-in or same-day openings occasionally become available, but calling ahead is the most reliable option.

About

A visit usually starts with a free consultation of about fifteen minutes, offered without any obligation to book a cut, and every color service begins with one too. Clients with box-dyed hair need a consultation first so a stylist can run a strand test before any color is applied. Color and a cut can be booked on the same day if the client mentions it when booking; a same-day request made without notice may not fit the schedule. Haircut and style includes the consultation, shampoo, cut, blow dry and styling. A women's cut usually takes around an hour, longer for very long or thick hair or when color or treatment is added. A men's cut usually runs thirty to forty-five minutes including shampoo and finish. Every menu price is a starting price, and the stylist confirms the final cost before work begins.

Color services use the Wella color line exclusively, and the salon is a Wella Professionals partner. Color correction is one of the salon's specialties; major corrections and big color changes sometimes take more than one visit. Keratin smoothing is offered as Brazilian Blowout, Brazilian Blowout Express and Brazilian Blowout Split End. These treatments do not permanently straighten hair; the effect fades as hair washes out and new untreated hair grows in. Clients see the ingredient list for the keratin product before service, and staff answer questions about formaldehyde content. The salon states that its stylists are licensed.

The Blowout Membership is $80 a month and covers two blowouts each month, a complimentary blowout for the client's birthday, 10 percent off products and tools, and rollover of any blowouts not used in a given month. The Keravive scalp treatment can be booked once for $475, which includes a 30-day supply of aftercare solution for use at home, or as a three-session package at $425 per session. Hair extensions are priced after a complimentary consultation. Extensions are blended in color and shaped so they look natural. The Falls Church location also provides men's color, men's cuts and children's cuts alongside its services for women.

Cuts are shaped for how hair grows and dries rather than for how it looks straight after a blowout. Stylists check a women's cut again once it dries and make small corrections then, and they say during the consultation if a requested cut will work against a client's growth pattern.
