Pixie appointments are sorted by where a client is in their hair journey. New clients start with a maintenance visit from $175, which takes about two hours and requires a $50 deposit, or a transformation from $350 that takes three hours and includes a relaxer, precision cut, deep conditioning and styling. Returning clients on a regular schedule have a shorter one-hour maintenance visit at $125. Natural hair without a relaxer has its own maintenance from $225 and transformation from $300. The Works, from $250, combines a consultation, haircut, relaxer, semi-permanent color, deep conditioning and pixie styling. Relaxers are required for most pixie services unless noted otherwise.

Silk press is priced by length, at $100 above the line of the neck and $125 beyond it, with a Marvalous silk press from $150. Add-ons can be booked alongside a service, including a haircut, relaxer, deep conditioning treatment or a semi-permanent rinse in black, brown or gloss. The extreme hair loss consultation is a short 15 to 20 minute session at $50, and its $25 deposit goes toward a service booked within seven days.

Policies are firm and set out in advance. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, a $20 late fee applies with no grace period, and up to two reschedules or cancellations are allowed for any reason. Same-day appointments are sometimes possible for an extra $75. Services are for adults only, and phones may not be used during a service. Clients should arrive with detangled hair, free of wigs and extensions, for at least 48 hours before the visit. Anyone who is coughing must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth. Payment is by cash, tap or card through GlossGenius, and Zelle is not accepted. Photos and videos may be taken for documentation or portfolio use.
