Services are grouped into braids, hair and a consultation. Braid options range from small boho and butt-length styles to large knotless, medium knotless and tribal braids. Jada Wada inspired designs are offered in 6-10 and 10-16 sizes, with a pronto option at the back, and Freestyle Friday sessions are built freehand by the stylist for 10-16 straight backs. House call braiding is available at the client's home within a 20-mile radius. Hair services include silk presses, bob cuts and prontos, with a Terrific Tuesday pronto rate on Tuesdays only. A 10-minute first-meeting consultation is offered for $10, paid in full.

Deposits vary by service, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and count toward the total. Remaining balances can be paid in cash, by Zelle or by Apple Pay. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is lost. A 20% charge applies to cancellations without a call, no-shows and cancellations less than 12 hours ahead. Clients are asked not to book within two weeks of coloring or rinsing their hair, and Sunday appointments carry a $25 fee.

Services not listed on the booking site can be requested by direct message or email for pricing. Clients should bring bundle hair or good quality hair for prontos and boho braids. Photos and videos of clients may be shared on social media, and clients can ask not to be featured. House calls need a spacious, tidy, bug-free space, and shampoo is offered only where there is good kitchen sink space.
