Services are grouped into Kids Korner for children aged 10 and under, natural styling, loc services, chemical and color work, and treatments. Loc services run from apple cider vinegar rinses and retwists to starter locs, single braids, and sweet and simple or The Works sessions that can add hot oil, conditioner, tips or permanent color.

The salon runs a VIP Royalty Program with three membership tiers. Benefits include priority booking, a set number of monthly appointments, small discounts on appointments and merchandise, and the option to transfer an appointment. Membership fees do not count toward the price of an appointment. According to the salon, members can book up to three months before advance booking opens.

Retail products are sold on site, including oils, beard care and salon merchandise, with store pickup available at the Mattapan location. According to the salon, its StyleSeat profile shows more than 1,000 bookings.
